For these sessions I often start with reiki as it is accessible, and many people are already familiar with it. Reiki is usually translated as universal life energy, and what I do in these sessions is often a combination of deeper akashic work with distance reiki that pinpoints where there is work to be done, which can give a roadmap of actions that are causing these blockages to take place and new actions to help resolve.
